LINDA RIEFBERG

Board of Directors Linda RiefbergLinda Riefberg works at the not for profit group, the Innocence Project, as In-House Counsel.  Ms. Riefberg spent her earlier career in securities law, first as a regulator at the New York Stock Exchange and FINRA where she was the Chief Counsel of the Enforcement Department, and later working as a defense counsel at the law firms of Fried Frank and Cozen O’Connor.  She graduated from Binghamton University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa, and New York University School of Law.

Ms. Riefberg is involved in several other non-profit organizations.  She serves as a member of the Board of the United Neighborhood Houses and the New York Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League.  She is also the Chair of the Harpur Law Council of Binghamton University, a mentoring organization for undergraduates who are pursuing careers in the law, and is actively involved in a variety of organizations that serve homeless people in New York City.

Linda lives in Larchmont, New York with her husband, Lee Perlman.  Both of their children, Jake and Shauna, work in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
